Good learning experience as got to work from the scratch. Got to handle all the responsibilities from tendering, site management, expenses handling, technical reporting and even HR responsibilities in the beginning . Had opportunity of visiting Government offices and meeting & dealing with Government officials. Working Environment is free and you get freedom of speech, all your queries and point of views is taken into consideration. Head of Department is always supportive and encourages to learn new things. Annual trips are planned for staff & company always gives financial support to the people who are really in any need.

Dislikes

Sometimes it is overwhelming as you need to handle too many things at a time, but again that is part and parcel of any job.

Likes

Hardly there was anything to like about the work cultural in this company. Terrible and pathetic boss. Don't have any knowledge regarding his own field. Bias to his relatives working over there. Though the director and other staff were supportive at times. But boss had zero knowledge, was working at two places at a time. Uses abusive language against the employees, threatens them on call. Had a bad experience working with such a person.

Dislikes

The boss of Environmental Department specially, uses foul and abusive language against his employees. Threatens them on call,by calling them at night or any time he feels like. No proper work culture and ethics. Was very unhappy to work under someone who had zero knowledge and was appointed as a boss. Unfortunately very dissatisfied and disappointing experience.

Nothing good really stands out about the company other than the owner.

Dislikes

Have to work overtime and on weekends as well on a regular basis. The boss was very abusive and used foul language. Lot of men with loose character work there and its not a safe place for women. Preferential treatment to family and friends. Most people there are relatives and friends.
