The things I like about working at Core Energy system are that the management was very nice and healthy salary was provided on time without any delay the staff the seniors were very humble and were always ready to help👍

Generous Policies: The company's policies are generous, which is a huge plus for me. Positive work environment: It's a pretty chill place to work .Everyone gets along well, and it feels like a real team effort. Learning Opportunities: There are tons of opportunities to learn new skills and develop professionally.

Competitive Salary: The salary is a bit lower than what I've seen at other companies in the industry. Limited Experimentation: I wish there was a bit more freedom to experiment with new ideas and approaches. Let me know if you'd like me to tweak anything further!

Working at a project on a raputed client like NPCIL . This is a chance to getting more knowledge from NPCIL.

Dislikes

... very bad & no job sequrity. After joining pressurized to employees sign a bond. If you not sign that bond than your salary was go on hold. This is a core culture.

No Support from parent company, Salary is fixed to 22550 per month without any other allowances, No increment in salary, No Performance Bonus, Nothing to learn, 24x7 work culture, No leaves & if taken any then salary will be deducted and warning letter will be issued, Delayed Payment of Reimbursements, Overall job in not promising. If you don't have any option only then you think to work in this company.

1. From Day One, you are put into action, Supporting and learning senior coordinators with daily project tasks. 2. The site team is cooperative. 3. it's a great work place to have initial level knowledge

1. sometimes Communication between the site and the main office can get a bit tricky. 2. tough to keep everyone updated about work due to communication gap.
