Job security was there. Even if you are not meeting the target every month you'll get opportunities.

...on Sundays even. You have to be available on phone even after the working hours. Salary is not at all satisfactory

Cordlife supported each and every employee by provided them salary without cut at time. Cordlife told us not work in the pandemic to stay us safe. Also provided mask, gloves, sanitizer and shield after lockdown for safety measures.

...ur life pothetic. He never come on time and ask you to be present at right time. Manager also cut my salary of 9 working days and also cut expenses. CRM portal of the company never work. Strict timing. Reporting manager Nishant Kulshreshtha was the worst. Even before me more that 6 ECR left their job of Allahabad just because of him. I have made several complain to HR regarding this. But neither HR nor management took the matter seriously. Don't join for Allahabad especially under Nishant Kulshreshtha.
