Cordlife supported each and every employee by provided them salary without cut at time. Cordlife told us not work in the pandemic to stay us safe. Also provided mask, gloves, sanitizer and shield after lockdown for safety measures.

Job security was there. Even if you are not meeting the target every month you'll get opportunities.

...on Sundays even. You have to be available on phone even after the working hours. Salary is not at all satisfactory

It's a MNC with great work culture. That was my 1st company and till date I ask my self why I left the company. But due to some reason that was happened but they are true employee friendly. Just a great place to start your career.

Not so much dislikes for Cordlife, but the salary was quite low and the chance of getting hike is a less. But if you want to gain experience in a good work environment you can must join the company.
