...gers stating that first Quarter performance was poor in this Pandemic situation. They have paid salary much before the actual date they have extended insurance money also. But what is the use for it when Job itself is not secured.

It's been 8 Months that I joined in the company I have found that Job gurantee and growth is not there. They are mostly towards blaming individual and always back of targets don't even care for pandemic situation

Job security was there. Even if you are not meeting the target every month you'll get opportunities.

...on Sundays even. You have to be available on phone even after the working hours. Salary is not at all satisfactory

...is very good. Employee policies are excellent. Sense of security is very strong. Salary is always disbursed on time. Incentive policies are also very excellent.

There is nothing much to dislike here.

Good working environment..hr facilities are good salary & reimbursement on time.. only growth opportunities limited

Right people qith quality are not promoted whereas inconpetent people are given promotion biased way

Cordlife supported each and every employee by provided them salary without cut at time. Cordlife told us not work in the pandemic to stay us safe. Also provided mask, gloves, sanitizer and shield after lockdown for safety measures.
