...ey follows Hire-and-Fire model- terminating employees without any Justification. Not providing Variable Pay , No Proper F&F, No Leave encashment. Moreover, commitments made by the HR HEAD hold no value, and her promises are fake or rarely fulfilled.

During interviews they seemed to great, that's why I joined them but don't fall for them

...tude issues with senior management 3.(headmaster and student )work behavior 4.They don't pay attention, nobody cares 5.They don't pay full and final settlement

Everything. There is nothing to like. The management including HR all are corrupt. They do all kind of discrimination. This company is complete fraud. I would never suggest anyone to join this company. Even don’t give interviews also. If you want to grow your career and have peace in life please avoid joining this company at any cost.

1. Here we found a flat kind of hierarchy 2. Get work from home 3. Good Working Culture and Fun environment 4. We can leave early there is no time constraints of 8 or 9 hours in the office.
