Yes I will definitely talk on this topic I like one thing is that we used to receive salary on the time and we was getting nice respond from HR department in india If I talk about kuwait its very bad experience that means there was no HR department and no one was care taker realy i telling ,other wise all facilities was provided by company There is no capable manager realy who takes care of staff and restaurants Also there are partiality in staff

Dislikes

No job security (at least not in the Marketing Department) due to lack of support from the reporting manager within the marketing team. They are capable of firing, or shall I say asking the employees to quit within a span of 1-2 months as firing them might hamper the company's reputation. Taking the issue to the HR Department might help you only if you are prepared to take it to the Head of the HR Department and not the HR Manager. Although, I was hired for retail marketing activities and particularly writing content I never refused to do any additional work apart from that but questioning my work and hampering my integrity was something very acceptable.
