There is no salary hike , there is no increment, less salary and more rules and regulations. No work ethics HR is a worst I ever seen more ego person.

What to tell for dislikes there is no professional ethics and we have to beg for salary there is no increment and appraisal but timings is very strictly managed overall it’s jail no happy life in this.we are wasting our life through this career.

...hey don't follow, they impose on employees. Literally it's a jail not a company. Salary is bad first of all.. second of all they don't pay in time. 0 career growth. Joining there s simply Waste of time.

ENcouraging upskilling, Ample learning opportunities for those who are interested to learn irrespective of the experience and the are of interest.

In covid time, there were some issues, but the management really cared well and solver all the issues, but there were few senior developers(Can say good for nothing) just causing issues between the team members, and they were trying all the way to spoil everything, talking shit about everyone and not at all helping any freshers, I don’t know why the company is still keeping them!
