Cooper Standard is no 1 company in automotive market. They have all major customer like Ford, GMI, Tata, Fiat, VW, Mul, Nissan ect. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team. I also like the employee Re-hire policy here.

Good working environment and culture.Ther e are more things to learn in this company. Team mates are supportive for learning new things.

...k is done by contract role people only but no recognition and appreciation. Contract role employess does all work and gets cheap salary and are not respect treated by company role employess 5. All employees are from low class family background therefore no professionalism in work/behavior. 6. Working 6 days a week - no personal life. 7. Company located outside chennai and no cab for contract employess

I feel proud to be the part of CSA at Sanand. Good support of management. A lot to earn form other countries colleagues.

Compensation is best in Industry. The work pressure is high if you feel it.But appreciation is their for your hard work.
