...k is done by contract role people only but no recognition and appreciation. Contract role employess does all work and gets cheap salary and are not respect treated by company role employess 5. All employees are from low class family background therefore no professionalism in work/behavior. 6. Working 6 days a week - no personal life. 7. Company located outside chennai and no cab for contract employess

Cooper Standard is no 1 company in automotive market. They have all major customer like Ford, GMI, Tata, Fiat, VW, Mul, Nissan ect. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team. I also like the employee Re-hire policy here.

Cooper Standard is big mnc company in India but salary package is to low.
