On road highway location, 24 hours connectivity for transportation, nearby market, nearby schools, colleges, hospitals, hotels are available, Duty timings are sharpen for in time as well as out time, working days are fixed holidays are also fixed, Event celebration like intercompany cricket championship tournament, festival celebration like, Holi, Diwali & New year, employees birthday parties, clear company policy for all senior & junior employees, supportive, clear & straight forward management, regular training on SOP as per calendar schedule to employees, annual increment & bonus, work friendly environment & freedom to work for improvement & upgrade the system, regular management meetings keeps aware the management about every matter for quick problem resolving decisions & best possible solutions.

Cooper is undoubtedly one of the best organizations. It is my fourth company and they hired me on the basis of my skills, not by the experience. So, I will always be thankful about that. Other than that, in cooper you will have the best learning experience. Cooper will always be my best and safest place specially as a girl. Thanks to Cooper for give me the opportunity to learn the corporate professionalism.

People here are terrible worst experience you will get no growth,they can kick you out whenever they want after working for a year when you ask for increments you will be getting increment of 500rupees if your work was good worst experience plzz don't go there
