As like other sales Manager I am also having targets but here in this company you have full freedom to work in your own style with execution of lot of new ideas. Coolpad I'm one word as like its motto... "Simply good".

Not like that.. But increment and promotion is getting late some what but overall the pay and benefits was actually pretty good.

I was hired as a fresher but with time i was given multiple task and chances to grow and learn. Team earlier was awesome

Dislikes

The quarterly and annual growth is good.. Sometimes you have to work for long hours but that is noted and highlighted. There is no job training and security.. The CEO becomes personal and gives personal comments which is not acceptable. No job security.. They can push you out anytime. No proper documentation is done and in the end you have to stand in the mess created by the company.
