... life balance is properly maintained. Seniors are pretty helping and motivating. Yes, salary range is average but given that company is new as per big and old organizations I think with time this criteria will also grow. Overall it was my first job and it was a wholesome experience.

Dislikes

Salary and raise could be given more (as per work and task completion) otherwise there are nothing to dislike as such. Friendly environment, people, loads of fun activities and cooperative people.

- Being your own boss at work - Learning is good where you understand about all aspects of Media and Internet companies and how prospecting is done and how to use other tools which are needed .

Dislikes

- Incentive plan for Sales is the worst for this company . They don't listen to Associates and all they will do will be giving you 6x-10x Target of your Salary and upon that you will get incentives. - Salary is never on time and they pay very less for amount of the work you do . They are slow in their processes in terms of Reimbursements of your Mobile Recharge , P.S - Takes only 1-2 months to do reimbursements of 500-600rs. - Wouldn't suggest for associates joining this because you might learn a lot in the starting but for long term it is not a great company . All you will do will get sales for the company which will grow month on month for the company but you wont get any incentive for that . - Even the software's are being shared and not fully purchased by the company . They share each and every software which hardly costs 100$/Month whereas they have a team of over 20-30 people in Sales.

Coolboots is a good company to work with seniors never ever mentally pressurise it employees.. Environment is very fun loving inside the office

I didn't face any problem in the company just some times i have to work on my weekend days

Won't learn and grow, b**tlicker, repetitive work. On appraisal time, Manager said you will get 30pcent increament unfortunately it wouldn't happened. Undeserving and sugar coated people is promoted to senior position only . HR-Teams are very cunning. Salary slab is poor . They all are lairs - Manager and HRs. Laid off their employees (pre and post covid)
