Everything. There is no job security and they will tell you to resign bcoz they have excess manpower and they make fool of everyone at the time of joining.

...esn’t address our issues. Only technical training no problem solving approach. No one care if salary deduction happens. Extensive work pressure even in a holiday.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
