... And after somebody has left the company or even they terminate the employees ..they will never pay your dues..not even your DA/TA and also company will not encash your remaining leaves..!!! Very poor company to work with..even the owner is pathetic in taking decisions..! Believe me work for small company but not coolberg

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

They won't give you any Ta/DA, once you put down the paper they won't give your salary. I resigned in the year of 2019. Still they are not ready to give Final settlement. Very rude Ceo. Unprofessional behaviour from entire head office team

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
