There isn't pretty much things to like about the company apart from Work from home.

Opportunity to develop communication power by talking to orange mobile customers in UK, Nice working environment, pick and drop facility to and from work place, nice salary, helpful coworkers, excellent training facility.

Dislikes

Shift timing not so comfortable as far as family point of view. Scope of growth in orange support was less as compared to other voice support process of convergys.
