Why's salary still treated like a taboo?
We work 50+ hrs a week for money, yet the one thing we don’t talk about openly is… salary. Someone once told me, “If you talk about pay, HR will think you're difficult.” But shouldn't knowing your worth be basic, not rebellious? It’s weird, companies want transparency from candidates, but won’t return the favour. Ask a simple “What’s the budget for this role?” and suddenly everyone’s “still finalising”. Opportunity to develop communication power by talking to orange mobile customers in UK, Nice working environment, pick and drop facility to and from work place, nice salary, helpful coworkers, excellent training facility.

Dislikes

Shift timing not so comfortable as far as family point of view. Scope of growth in orange support was less as compared to other voice support process of convergys.
