The only good thing is they pay salary on time

The office politics, Working culture No learning opportunities Everyday the memo changes Manager pays zero attention to the team except when it’s review time. Zero support of any kind, you are on your own. The entire office is just a big Ekta Kapoor serial. Only gossiping and mocking people. Zero work ethics from the senior managers. They don’t treat their clients or employees with any respect or importance. Only hire and fire. All the managers are friends of the CEO so don’t even think that you will get any growth opportunities. Specially the operations manager is the worst person ever. She will only insult n demotivate you. Save yourself

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
