Friendly environment , no politics as I Have seen , no career growth , was not able to learn something new , okay for fresher , one of the management is dominant , HR's are so helpfull..

No career opportunities as such , cannot learn something new , dominant management ( not all ) need to have more people who knows the work process

Sometimes the work pressure is too much since everyone here are freshers trying to make a foothold in IT. Management team sometimes misses out that employees have personal life too.

One of the best companies to work with..! Can't use enough adjectives about the management and the colleagues. As my manager once said " Work needs to be completed, do it from office, home or from your rooftop, doesn't matter" such is the liberty given to the team.!
