...anager is non-technical so you will find difficulty to explain your work to her. Initial salary is average, after 3 month they give increment (for fresher only). Job security is excellent, Company never fire any employee.

... good working employees. They don't give payslip. There isn't any deduction (eg. PF) on salary.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
