I like the company as it it a mnc and you are able to learn more work

Dislikes

Dislikes is never ending Company politics is very very bad in this company Some seniors do particialty on religious basis No increment No other benefits No job security You will ask to put forcefully resignation on the spot without any reason. The only reason is you are not cooperating with the political things in the company Higher management(ceo, director of the company) is uninformed regarding these all things

Nothing actually as they usually put on a client and salaries are delayed to 5th and also they want to keep their client happy if you are leaving and won’t pay you FNF even if their client declines the days of work even if they have proofs and approval. Not an employee friendly firm.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
