No job security. Poor appraisal system and salary hikes. Indian management is worst. Lots of politics and faveritisam. HR department is of no use, it is fully controlled by Indian management.

Good work life balance, competitive pay scale, work culture is nice and professional. Learning opportunities are there. Good HR policies.

Dislikes

Don't invest much in marketing of their wor culture and all due to which it's not much known in Ahmedabad market

Dislikes

High risk of Job security. Many employees were not confirmed since 2 years. Lack of training. Lack of proper assistance. Shift changes every week. No social life. No leaves in festivals. People with Attitude hence company culture was not good. Every company has a feel but here I didn't get one. Felt lost, lonely by hectic schedules. Target based jobs(64 units/hour).

Senior Management CTO ruin company environment Managers not supportive(destructive) and so called 'Technical' Managers HR more focus as tracking people rather than her work and very rude You can grow only you have good relations to above seniors rather than your skills

Modern development practices and great tech. It's a pretty relaxed working environment and company are open to new technologies. Lots going on and learning all the time. Pay per minute.

Dislikes

sometimes late code releases can slightly extend working hours, though this has been communicated and is improving. it is anyways paid
