Direct involvement of Top management in skill development & other activities really help and boost the confidence of employees . it has very good relationship with client. Since it offers warehousing that why we provide employment in rural sector. it gives opportunity to help our people who left behind & it gives work satisfaction because they really care their people.

it doesn't have very good work life balance. you will get fair compensation.

We work as a team, and behavior of all guys are pretty good, company provide full time training and if we can work on company's SOP so we can get growth of salary and every year's appraisals one time in a year,company provide training time to time . Work life balance is average here

Dislikes

Some people of company forcing to over time but not evry time. Salary and appraisal got evry year but it is low as expectations ,work environment not so good but we can servive work life balance is average
