Company has not proper structure to work and due to that pressure from both company and market and rigidness in some things makes you in tough situation and dominant behaviour from bosses makes life hell in the company.

Previously Company was in Good Management hands. Line managers are good.

...Job security has greatly reduced. Top Management- Marketing, HR drawing 2.8-3.0 lac per month salary working like Senior Managers.

Only dislike is growth, it's kinda very difficult to grow in production field

Perks and work life balance is good. Except that everything is worst. Working without vision. There is a another world in head office, those people's are not directly aligned with market team.

RM, s use to work from home. They are not habitual of going market so all responsibility is on SM and Asm. N.S.M use to do politics and a very under valued person they are very bad eyes on female staffs. M.D is creating a toxic environment for the employees, M.D Mr Samir is a very unethical person creating a delima that company is in loss and CMC is high, so he left some of his pit bull in system to make people out and get the CMC down. Such a very down graded MD you will ever see who is having very bad eyes on woman. You can imagine if top management person like MD and Rajnish is like this attitude than what will be the culture of this company. Top management is creating a myth in German peoples that they are doing well when we are having huge opportunity to go if we cope up to the market. Better if you will join company after the change of this management environment. Don't confuse by MNC culture.

Promotion are very slow as compared to other organization..
