Few Good consultants/collegues in the hospital make the environment a better place to work.

Management doesnt give respect to all the doctors equally. They have preferences in selected departments & try to pressurise the other doctors setting them targets.

There is nothing to like,when something happens to a girl the company will never be you're side to support you.

Dislikes

The staff and the policies of the company are there but they'll never follow,when situation comes from the head to common worker everybody acts and cover up the situation just for the good name of the hospital,i felt like there is no safety for a girl to work.

They have some facilities like free morning breakfast for early morning duty staff,in Diwali they give quality sweets.work is not too hectic.

Dislikes

It is very partial work culture & environment for people who are from outside the state They can ask you to leave without any strong reason.Work culture is not professional as other corporate hospital.
