Company is very supporting and all possible thing done in this pandemic and give full salary.And also maintaining social distancing and proper facility of sanitizer and hand wash system.

For the beginners this company is O.K but not for more than 2 years.

The retired old persons control the company. After 2 years they start conspiracy to remove the new young person. Too much office politics persist in CDIL.

This compny is good for learning. I love the fact that i am a part of a perfect team in my organisation . No burden at all. Good culture. Get the opportunity to work with experienced people

Career growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual , unique streanth which is why i have to take back suggestions most of the time. Not ready to adapt new technology.

The work environment is very good, job is very much secured, women safety is highly appreciable. I worked in CDIL for more than 5 years & the experience is wonderful. Whatever is learnt here for a new joinee will definitely going to work in their future life.

Dislikes

Not as such. I would nothing say anything wrong or dislike about. Need to change the work flow at some process which might increase the speed, otherwise everything is good from Top Management to Shop floor employees.
