Nothing to like except work life balance

Dislikes

Fraud Organisation. The don't pay salaries on time. Sometime with delay of 6 months. Lay off without proper notice. Management is lethargic and doesn't care about employees at all

working at contec global has been an incredible enriching experience, especially as an intern. the company offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the world of politics. it's like a political training school where you can develop essential skills that are beneficial for a future in politics. you can directly go to politics after this job. i highly recommend this company to anyone looking to enhance their political skills and prepare for a career in this field.

Dislikes

while my experience has been largely positive, there are a few drawbacks. the salary can be inconsistent and is not always paid on time. additionally, the top management can be quite critical, which can sometimes create a challenging environment. that said, it does foster a sense of independence, as you learn to navigate your responsibilities on your own. Overall, its a good place for self-growth if you can manage these aspects.

Very bad experience with Hr policy and work culture policy. They did not pronate senior. No values of seniors. Work culture is like you are working in school.

Dislikes

Hr policy is bad, work culture is bad. Salary is not on time. Sales manager is promoted to IT manager. They didn't understand the IT work culture. In It they follow sales and marketing culture.

Likes

The fact that the staff are encouraging and supportive. There is an avenue for growth and personal development. Work culture is fantastic too. Some areas needs to improve though and i believe management is working on those areas.

Dislikes

...nding for the staff to help them feel relaxed and help ease the tension of work. Management also needs to put benefits into consideration and create a distinct career path that leads to promotions and salary increase.

Given opportunity to change work role when few roles were dissolved , company tried to stand by us in thick and thin. Really grateful to mgt and team and HR to create more opportunites within company and absorb. contec treats like family, never diappoints. work life balance is good due to flexibility and hybrid mode.

more structure and more upskilling opportunities not only thru job rotation but courses also.
