First would like to my current company to give opportunity and reliable to my work. My teammate are excellent and greatful cooperative to me. We get training with learning under pressure and make good decisions.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Mangers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Cmt is a sister concern of the J.M.Baxi group of companies engaged in shipping activities. It works as an agency house to The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. However there is too much politics. Management takes one side decisions without consulting the staff. They are only concerned about there near ones who are only talking sweet in the managers favour without contributing to the company's work.

one of the best owners I have come across. if you do not perform according to company policy, you cannot hold owners responsible. i would love to work with this group again if opportunity arises

its policies are dependent on SCI - SO IF SCI DOES NOT GROW, CMT CANNOT GROW. management has to do more to convince SCI for expansion view necessity of the hour
