After resignation HR management hold salary upto completion of notice period & full final settlement only one this drawback which I observed

I would like to say that Till yet ceg is good company. Their Hr response timely and they credit salary on 15th of month.

It is increment policy is very bad they increment 1500 rupees only in a one year.

... having handful work scope for their employees hence job security not a concern. Only the area where CEG have look in to is Salary structure and break up of same so as to optimise the tax deduction.

Remuneration offered by company, they don’t provide health care policy for immediate family even. Recognition to work accomplishment not seen.

Company take care of his employee and ask every time any difficulty occure while working or not.

When anyone put resignation then salary hold for 3months and it's very difficult to servive 3months without salary

Salary is credited after 15th days. Too much late salary. It should be on month ending or 1st day of next month.
