Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

First time I was disappointed no holiday list only ur festival u will get no discipline not get touch with teams and Every req need to give 5 to 6 cvs each req... In 10 days I thought to leave but I waited for a Month but work culture is not good only taking the lunch in 15 to 30 mints and again started the work because it's very pressure login time is 9 am but no logout time I m sitting till 7: 30 pm or 8 pm or 8:30 pm my family saw me everyday,but earlier companies are so good compared with this consultify 24 /7.. This is my first and last exp with work. Last point company told me rate the company in 5 star from my side rate is 1 star.
