Basically as an IT recruiter, you have to convince the students in the US for resume modification, like you have to convince them that we will be modifying their resume (i.e., adding fake experience in the resume), so as to get them a project. And if you get the marketing department, then you will have to modify the resume of the people on-board with us (i.e., those people who were convinced by the recruiter to undergo resume modification), and you will have to take pre-interview calls of the people for whom you have made this fake resume. Beware before joining this company, you will have to do this, but the pay is good!

Connecting with new people and if you are fortunate enough then only you will get a good manager. great remuneration.

Dislikes

The business model is messed up. there is no work life balance. full of toxic people even they have flat culture. some managers do extreme micro management in flat culture. they hire you as a team memeber for marketing but the work is hard core sales. they are only a staffing company for people studying in USA.

Too much corporate politics. Very bad organisation. Freshers dont ever try to get internship/ full time job in this company. You will not learn anything i.e no skills development (mind my words).

Corporate politics. No skills development. Top leadership doesn't know how to lead. Very bad experience.

Leave policies are good and they do provide cab facilities too for night shift

Dislikes

Some managers are very rude. They are too rigid and conservative in religious things. They don’t care about the mental health of people at all . There is no doctors or health services available for night shift people.
