Need a proper growth map for the employee. You can learn and grow obviously but I would say L&D should establish.

Nothing… they are group of scammers and they are doing fraud. You will find yourself stuck there. Hardly anyone work there for more than 3 yrs and that too if he likes fraud work. Govt should take action against such company. You change your identity and work on others name and identity. Nothing to learn and grow. Worst work culture, they will fire you anyday if they find someone to work at less cost.

Before 2023 it was nice palace to work, but after that culture became bit worried

Big time scammers ,they train people for 2 months make them do assignment (100's of coding questions blah blah )and then point out 2-3 mistakes that you did. You do not know what you are signing up for and put up with all this. A person located in india takes all your interviews and they supply workers to company without even sending original people for client interviews. Stay away from them
