...site expenses. Not treat employees well. Harrassing employees while resigning...many employees even don't get the balance salary and expenses even me.

Good to learn the basics as a fresher since most of the bridge projects are for proof checking which helps in understanding design principles.

Dislikes

Pay and work culture. Often have to sit late hours to complete work.

I have enjoyed working in this company. No issue remained with me, during my working period completed there. All the team mates supported and kept very cooperative and friendly behaviour with me. Even the owner cum managing director Shri. Harshwardhan Rao sir very genuine person keeping practical and productive coordination with staff. In future I am ready to re-join the same company if my luck and stars are coming in my faver. Thanks lot.
