There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't adreess our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Safety officer job just formally for client satisfaction purpose appointment no power no values and we have to do self no growth and very low increments and no promotions I have work in last 12 years but iam not satisfied

The company is one of the leading construction companies in J&K . The company has the latest equipments and uses the latest technology and methods to implement the project. The work ethic and culture is really good and there are lot of people who work as a team and carry out the task for the company . The company believes in hardwork with smartness and there are opportunities for an individual to learn in every discipline of the technical work which overall helps to make an individual focused towards the goal

Dislikes

There is nothing I disliked about the Construction Engineers in particular, but yes , the only reason for me to switch is looking for more growth and opportunities as I know I can do much more better than I was doing there
