Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Owner of this Company is very kind, and Salary on time.

Dislikes

They have two departments Slipform and Gantry, Slipform is worst, you can't stay with your loyalty, they enter in your personal space. Kept spy on you, Never value your work, HR is the worst that I ever seen in My career. Manager doing micromanagement narrow thinking, demotivate you. Never stand with their words they hold your bonus if you leave the Company before one Year. They are using the wrong meaning of Company Discretion like abuse of Discretion.

some junior staff is polite and cooperative

Dislikes

all seniors and senior staff is rude and shouted on employees every time. no one cooperate junior salary very low and work expectation is for 24 hrs.no respect for education. they play politics with employees, no compensation and no hike ( increment )
