Nothing to like about this company!

Zero work life balance, very low salary compared to industry standards, no promotions, hire and fire culture that is no job security, absolutely zero skill development, no work satisfaction, the most toxic work culture I have ever came across in my professional career. The CTO and also the Co-Founder (Amit Srivastava) is always shouting instead of properly communicating with the employees. The HR also don't know how to properly communicate in English while interviewing the candidates. My advise would be just don't join this company, stay unemployed!

Very toxic work culture, very low salary, HR thinks as if he is the boss here and delays salary, The CTO is the worst person you would ever come across in your life!

Work life balance can get out of the window, this is a startup and naturally being a data heavy firm when you’re dealing with fortune 100 of the world, it’s quite fast paced and requires everyone to move forward together

So much to tell. But in a nutshell I will say terrible, worse work life balance. They only prefer to make you work like a labour and won't respect you and your work. Worst company to join
