Prejudice management leading less growth of capable , old employee and educated employee. Only few seniors decide good employees in their like n wishes instead talent n give betterment to them only

...agement is is trasparent.There is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign.

Company infrastructure is good and Company's management are well educated.

Dislikes

No encouragement and appraisal for person who works hard . All benefits goes to dept head and top level management. Management is also not much concern about controlling company irregular cost.

Cooperation from co workers, home pick up during this pandemic period, good platform for learning, job security is there, company policies are liberal.

Work life balance, no space for innovation, month closing pressure.

I would work on contact basis in this company, while I give interview that time H R Management said me that after 01 year they will do me on company roll but they don't appointed me on company roll, however I completely done job 1 year and 5 month. I was working in packing department , there is no future. And no growth. H R Management never fever to employees. Other facilities are Good. like canteen, bus service .
