New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Dislikes

...rk is good but very high work pressure that we don't have any work life balance. Simply have to do over time every day without any proper compensation. These guys need employees to just simply shift from one site to other without any prior notice. They donot value employees simply they go back for money. Please don't spoil your future if you are an experienced one in this field. The only company which hire candidates all 365 days. The cheap folks of the field.

Good organization for the freshers... Clinical trial and site management training will be given with no fee. Candidate will be posted to site in a very shorter period. So that we can have the site level exposure and become strong in the basics in a very short period.

It's a worst company,like they will not treat employees well and they will not at all pay but they wii utilize 24hrs of employees time.they will hire all the freshers take work from them and they will not pay.froud and worst company.
