Nothing to like that much, Not a worthy place to work and get exposed to corporate

...k for company earning profits, without bothering the employee growth and career. Almost 10x more than our salary they charge from clients for our work and pay us 1x of the charges. I won’t recommend anyone to choose Consero for their career learning and growth, as the growth and pay is so less as 15k to 28k for 2years without much hike and that too for stay in a metropolitan city.

- All the policies are framed to benefit for company. - No matter what employees slogging in the end you may hear better luck next time, no bonus or no promotion. - Management & managers are impulsive, egoistic & prejudice.

So far the experience has been average. No exhaustive trainings are provided. There is no transparency in the interview process. The only benefit as of now is WFH. Outdated applications are used instead of globally renowned SAP.

Dislikes

HR policies seem so absurd. Everything is weighed down in terms of money. If you leave before 2 years get ready to pay around 60 to 70k. And that cost is not even worth it of the training that is provided.

Work From Home flexibilty is amazing. Training methodology for new joiners now is really great.

There is bond for atleast 1 year for new employees. Salary hikes and incentives are not upto the expectations. Daily work allocation is a bit of an effort but management is working towards it.

Permanent work from home. no manager intervention in our work. free to express our ides.

...ies which are not stopped every month they come up with new extreme activities. salary and bonus were not good enough to maintain your basic needs.
