Teammates are supportive but there will be no proper training and they assume that you are an expert even if you joined as a fresher and expects to do everything without any proper help. The team managers don't know anything and hesitate to adopt out ideas.

...ut the manager asked me work even after submission of every supporting document. They did not give me the leave but asked me to resign and serve notice period or else pay the amount which is more than my 2 months salary. They don't want to support it's employees is tough times and yet they force us to work in notice period even with bad health conditions. They don't give any training that helps an employee personally improve their skills but only gives the training that is required for their own work benifits. Almost every good company won't ask you for any bonds to work for certain period even with great pay scale. But in Consero they ask for 2 yrs of bond holding your original documents and they pay just half of the salary when compared to other corporate companies.

...ies which are not stopped every month they come up with new extreme activities. salary and bonus were not good enough to maintain your basic needs.

The salary is too less and they are concentrating on cost cutting and taking off shift allowance which is hurting they are not thinking about employees who worked for them years together 😔

Nothing to like that much, Not a worthy place to work and get exposed to corporate

...k for company earning profits, without bothering the employee growth and career. Almost 10x more than our salary they charge from clients for our work and pay us 1x of the charges. I won’t recommend anyone to choose Consero for their career learning and growth, as the growth and pay is so less as 15k to 28k for 2years without much hike and that too for stay in a metropolitan city.
