It's one of the worst company one can end up in. To be honest I joined as a dat analyst intern but they gave first of all no stipend and the work was so bogus I can't tell you. The company just exists for name sake.

Dislikes

No stipend as I applied from internshala where some stipend value was written. But in the application process they said no stipend will be given. No stipend was mentioned in offer letter too. They expect to give 4-5 hr dedicated but no valuable work or no team meeting/review meeting was held throught the internship. The experience letter was given to me after 10 days after reminding them 2-3 times. Also when experience letter came , it was written in such an untidy manner without any full stop after a sentence. Can you imagine?

1. In this company there is no clear communication. 2. You can't reach to manager or HR by phone, they never pick up the call. 3. CEO Harjeet Singh is very rude and constantly insults employee even questioning their educational qualification. 4. There are no clear instructions on what works need to be done. I would request to all that please don't join this company, especially as an intern. Your expectations and valuable time will be wasted.

as the whole world is facing this pandemic situation but the nothing has stopped because we all are working as well we were before this .and my team is super supporting.i am learning with working as well.my team leader is very helpful .i was scared before joining because i thought i will face so many challenges but all is going well.conscript team helping me as a member of family team.it is good to me be in the team of ashutosh sir.
