Unfortunately my experience so far has not been any good. There is complete lack of appraisal or meaningful feedback, making it difficult to understand where has stand or how to improve. This lack of guidance has contributed to a negative work ethic. The absence of opportunities for growth has left me feeling stagnant in my role The overall environment, lack sympathy, making it hard to form meaningful connection I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for personal or professional

Work life balance is good here. You don’t need to extend your working hours. But those trend is end after involvement of Indian management.

Dislikes

Annual increment is very minimal and Job security is also a concern you don’t know when management will fire you without any proper reason.

Great place to work for people with ownership and drive. No strict hierarchy. People are encouraged to drive innovation and lead change.

Small but very stable organization. Difficult to rise up in the organization.

My superior's attitude who abused me over teams call about being Indian & later sacked me out of the company. And it turns out that many of the employees have also been sacked out of the company out of the blue.
