...ups but nothing happens. Hence finally u are left with no option but to resign. So never ever trust on your managers here if they say they will promote you your salary will get increased.nothigs gonna happen.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the my supervisors was helpful. Management was transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is there but salary satisfaction is not there.

HR not responsible Anytime your salary can hold by the EP hr & ops if they feel that you will be left the organisation or not able to do certification PMI deduction from salary If your ctc is ex. 100 rs then your in hand salary will be 60 rs. , unnecessary deduction of insurance amount without informing you Graduaty amount will deduct from salary Anytime process can rampdown, No job Security Only buttering of your bosses is the key of success in this company If you are in touch with super bosses then no need to come office and you will get full salary, anytime you can take halfday If you and any your relatives in touch with super bosses you will higher without interview, youc can take any process movements and any type of permotions.

Salary hike is not good. Not hiring employees according to qualification. No proper cafeteria. Floor decorm are not good. Some people eat gutka and spit on the floor. Washrooms are not cleaned on daily basis. There is a lot of politics.

I skipped one level in customer support and qualified for the next role.

Dislikes

Bad management, salary deductions, no job security, company cares about itself and the source of business, not for employees. Working conditions and floors are in very bad safe. Unhygienic.
