1. Salary is low, and from the low salary they will deductions. 2. No growth 3. No Appraisal even if you complete 2yrs. 4. HR false information from starting 6 month and post 1 year and post 2 years in our process and I don't know about the other process. (HR need to provide clear and correct, not to make agent fool by false promises or informations) 5. Cafeteria plates and glass are not at all hygiene (they don't wash properly)

Low salary, no cleanliness on floor, AC not working, poor hygienic environment, worst management, unhygienic canteen, dirty washroom, floor carpets are not cleaned regularly, cockroaches in cofee machine and water dispenser. No growth opportunity.

Dislikes

Still having 6 days working should shift working days to 5 days working . No good salary hike as as per industry Should also work on job security as other good MNCs have made there policy and they stick to that only.

No increments, no incentives, no Diwali bonus or any other activity other than work else fun to firday if any get togther is done employee does the contribution. No team leader guide for work or sessions for soft work flow. Etc etc
