I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. His actions have made it difficult to maintain a positive working environment, and I find his mentality and decisions to be concerning. (mrinal sadhu)

...rtiality. Do not give appraisal even after to a deserving and eligible employee. Does not pay total FNF amount.

This organization motivate there employees to perform better. Work atmosphere is too good people here are very friendly I like working with this company. 😊

As such there is no dislike but when it comes to salary and appraisal there are some issues. It's been more than 1yr working with this organization till date I have not received Appraisal.

project management team are not good. They are treat as a servant because they are thinking we are provide the job and pay the salary. Overall I want to say in one line- Project assistant manager or supervisor behavior are too much dislike. In this project for example 100 employee worked then 90 employee do not worked with him and like, but problem is, In JSR have no more company in IT sector, due to this, all are serving painful and work.

There is no HR policy, very poor management, they deduct salary unnecessary, put LOP if TL took you on his or her ego , on tata cliq process there is TL name Ashish sarkar he manipulate girls and asked them come to Oyo bcz he will help you to get promotion. If you complaint to hr they will do nothing, after notice period they hold salary for mnths they says in there policy FNF settlement time is for 90days . There are lots to say , very bad company
