They have took 4 to 5 interview rounds in one month. After that they was discussed about salary and join dates. After I confirmed they have not proceed any formalities not even send offer letter. Worst experience for hiring process. Very bad experience in my carrier. Totally waste of time and interview traveling money.

Weak employee engagement and connection with organizational objectives. 6. Gaps in hierarchical coordination and alignment within the organization. 7. Poor communication and collaboration between different levels of management.

Awards and recognition policy need to implement Incentives should be implement to back end process like CSA. And also Backup required ( required more employees, so that if any one in leave the work should not pending)
