They have took 4 to 5 interview rounds in one month. After that they was discussed about salary and join dates. After I confirmed they have not proceed any formalities not even send offer letter. Worst experience for hiring process. Very bad experience in my carrier. Totally waste of time and interview traveling money.

1. Frequent changes in policies without adequate evaluation or stability. 2. Limited awareness and understanding of policies among employees. 3. Insufficient analysis and bridging of operational gaps. 4. Inadequate or ineffective training programs for workforce development. 5. Weak employee engagement and connection with organizational objectives. 6. Gaps in hierarchical coordination and alignment within the organization. 7. Poor communication and collaboration between different levels of management.

Average age of employee with connectwell is 35 years for employees & In leadership role 45 years which is sign of growing organization with fast pace young and dynamic leaders. 4. Safe & secure working environment for everyone on the shopfloor. 5. Open Office culture which is most important for anyone who joins new place .

1. I do not dislike anything in particular but would like to add some refreshment zones for employees such as indoor games for mind booster and more efficiency .
