Job secure but no increase in salary

No Transportation and No encouragement for good work, work pressure ,less salary , overtime pay will be delay until you ask ur manager then only pay if not u forget amount, employees issues management irresponsible solve them

Good environment, positive attitude from everyone around and not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Firstly the salary is too low compared to the shift hours and the amount of work. Secondly there is no growth in career. Thirdly, if your log out 2-3 minutes earlier than your shift the it will be counted as half day whereas if you log out 25-29 minutes late, it won’t be counted as OT. Finally the management honestly sucks at the process I worked on as even after multiple complaints and everything they never tried to fix the issue and also understanding the problems of the employees. I believe it is a good company for freshers to begin their journey but if you are looking for career growth and good salary then there is a lot of other good companies.

I don't know how to appreciate the best amongst the BPO organizations. Concentrix, Gurgaon is the pick of the litter. I repeat, it is Concentrix, Gurgaon. Even a scale can't measure how good the management is. Frankly saying, it is unmeasurable! Regards, Aranya
