They will make you work more 15 to 16 hour and they will not increase the manpower for the complete cycle of the shift. You cant take support from development team if you can't able to rectify the bugs or issue. Please never join here, I would recommend to join some place where salary would be less but no toxic environment and atleast few people can help you if you stuck in technical issue. They will only give you a recored video for training purpose and will ask you after 5 days to start working on the issue Manager will call you anytime if there will be any problem in the application. Their sale representative will screw you by pressuring about the update and every sales executive issue is a critical issue even it wont be. HR is cunning person very cunning. He will raise his hand in time of trouble. Very pathetic work culture.

... has very strong pipeline of 4-5 doctors.and they are ready to make the payment.and then, withdraw the salary every month.Suppose you are free for 3-4 months, You can join this company for timepass. Or you are in a need of some money,for few months, you can join the organisation. Just Keep wasting their time, and save your time and energy.

...,and have started getting rebukes from senior for target completion,don't panic. Just keep remind yourself that you have to waste their time and withdraw Salary Every Month, because you will not be able to sale their product anyways. Such a Pathetic and Worthless Organisation to work with. Disgracing the Big brand name of Alkem Laboratories.

Saturdays are off especially when we see this industry being so aggressive that Saturdays in some companies become an unofficial working day. Managers and higher mgt do not bother employees on their offs. Culture involves respect to both men and women and understands personal problems. Better work life balance!

Sales and operations both involved (good in a way). Incentives can be worked upon!
