NO ANY SOP ,POOR WOKING ENVIRONMENT ,JOB STABILITILY IS ZERO ,FAKE COMMITMENT FOR SALARY AS WELL AS OTHERS PERKS LIKE INSURANSE ,SHIFTING EXPENSE ,MEDICLAIM,IN MY CASE THEY HAVE SETTLED ZERO CLAIM. SALARY DATE IS ALSO NOT FIXED ,NO LEAVE .LACK OF GROUND KNOWLEDGE AT HO LEVEL TEAM .

They hired me ,after 10days they inform they are closing all india MMD division ,They will compensate 45 days salary for the compensation. I denied to get that compensation in free for making attendance in office for just salary. I Resigned and inform them to release me.

Fragile mind of Think Tank , Not able to compete the market.

There is nothing to like abt the company which i realised after joning. no leave, no compensation on time. and most imporatantly they will ask to leave the company any time

Flexy and no micro management, management not concerned about working hours they more keen on quality of work, they give good support and there is a lot of scope to learn and use your experience. The management is open to accept the new Ideas and suggestions irrespective it is from Junior or senior.

Management need to give the time to develop the infrastructure at ground level. Over night can't be build relationship with the retailers, Distributors and others. I hope the concept is really good but, need to change lot of things.
